I started teaching in Canadian ISD seven years ago. During the 2014-2015 school year, I was the elementary special education teacher at Canadian Elementary School. The following school year I received the high school special education inclusion position at Canadian High School. I taught at CHS for six years. Recently, the elementary school counselor position became available. I am extremely blessed to have the opportunity to apply all that I have learned as an educator toward my new position as the Canadian Elementary and Baker Elementary school counselor.
Prior to teaching in Canadian ISD,I taught in Northwest ISD for eight years. I taught Kindergarten for four years and elementary special education for one. I was then offered a position at Byron Nelson High School in Trophy Club. I was blessed to be the Science inclusion teacher and the lead over the content mastery room for three years.
